Robert is skilled in dealing with short sale process. We have successfully bought a property with his help. He is patient and goal oriented, considering customer interest. Robert apparently did a lot of market research so he always comes with a reasonable price target for the property which would be easily accepted by both parties. I have talked with some other agents to buy a REO or a short sale property but never came to a deal. I recommend Robert as your real estate agent for your next house shopping.
